JACOBSON: THANKS TO SNAIL LAKE ELEMENTARY
FOR PATRIOTIC PROGRAM
To the Editor:
This past Friday, it was my pleasure to be a co-host (along with State Representative Phil Krinkie and State Senator Mady Reiter) children from Snail Lake Elementary in the State Capitol Rotunda.
The children presented a fabulous patriotic presentation and were great representatives of Shoreview and North Oaks to all of the legislators and visitors from around Minnesota. All of the parents, teachers, and citizens can be proud that we have such a successful school in our area, where kids are learning the importance of patriotism and participation in the political process. I strongly encourage everyone to check the C-TV schedule to see when this terrific program will be televised.
The 2002 Legislative Session is now in full swing, and if you'd like to visit me at any time like the children from Snail Lake Elementary I would love to see or hear from you. As always, please feel free to give my office a call at 651-296- 7153 to let me know what you think the Legislature should do this year.
Thanks again to Snail Lake Elementary School for a great program!
Sincerely,
State Representative Carl Jacobson
