To the Editor:
I would like to extend a sincere thank you to all the individuals who sent cards and e-mails following the death of my father earlier this fall. My dad was a very important part of my life, and I will feel his loss for some time. Coming soon after the tragedies of September 11th made it even more difficult.
The kindness, compassion, and graciousness you shared made a real difference for me and my family and was truly uplifting. These are memories I will not soon forget. Thank you.
I also want to take this opportunity to wish everyone a safe and happy holiday season. May this season leave you with many wonderful memories to cherish forever. Please do not miss that opportunity to make this season brighter for someone around you!
