1.4No site permit for a solar energy generating system may be issued under this chapter
1.5unless the permit applicant has committed in writing and submitted evidence demonstrating
1.6that sufficient resources will be available and set aside to pay for the decommissioning and
1.7recycling of the photovoltaic panels comprising the solar electric generating system at the
1.8end of their useful life.
1.9EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment and
1.10applies to applications for a site permit for a solar energy generating system that are filed
1.11on or after that date."
1.12Renumber the sections in sequence and correct the internal references
1.13Amend the title accordingly
