1.7EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment."

1.9    "Sec. 13. RETROACTIVE DECEASED VOTER REMOVAL.
1.10The county auditor must remove all voters with "deceased" status from the statewide
1.11voter registration system by June 1, 2027.
