1.6railroad and pipeline companies regarding the next fiscal year's assessment."
1.7Page 2, line 3, restore the stricken language and strike "2017" and before the period
1.8insert "2019, and after July 1, 2017, and the commissioner of the Office of Management
1.9and Budget confirms that sufficient funds are available in the railroad and pipeline safety
1.10account, a supplemental appropriation of $100,000 shall be made annually pursuant to the
