1.17statewide Allied Radio Matrix for Emergency

1.20Minnesota Statutes, section 403.36. The grants
1.21must be used to upgrade portable radios and
1.22mobile radios that are interoperable with the
1.23ARMER system. Each local government unit
1.24may receive only one grant. The grant is
2.1contingent upon a match of at least five
2.2percent from nonstate funds. Of this amount,
2.3up to $150,000 may be used to administer the
2.4grant program. This appropriation is available
2.5until June 30, 2024."
