MINUTES


Representative Kathy Tingelstad, Chair of the Governmental Operations and Veterans Affairs Committee, called the ninth meeting to order at 10:18 am on Thursday, February 03, 2005, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Representative Lillie moved the approval of the minutes of Wednesday, February 2, 2005. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Cybart moved that HF455 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance.

Representative Cybart moved the H0455DE1 Delete Everything Amendment. THE MOTION PREVIALED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Cybart moved the H0455A1 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVIALED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Cybart moved the H0455A2 Amendment. THE MOTION PREVIALED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Cybart renewed his motion that HF455 be recommended to pass as amended and be re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Seifert moved that HF46 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance.

Representative Seifert renewed his motion that HF46 be recommended to pass and be re-referred to the Committee on State Government Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
