MINUTES
Representative Fran Bradley, Chair of the Health Policy & Finance Committee, called the second meeting to order at 10:17 a.m. on Wednesday, January 12, 2005, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Rep. Bradley welcomed presenters for an informational presentation by the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
A presentation was made by Commissioner Kevin Goodno of the Minnesota Department of Human Services.
Commissioner Goodno introduced the new Deputy Commissioner of the Department of Human Services, Lynda Boudreau.
Commissioner Goodno introduced the following Assistant Commisioners of the Department of Human Services:
Brian Osberg, Asst. Commissioner
Loren Colman, Asst. Commissioner
Dennis Erickson, Asst. Commissioner
Chuck Johnson, Asst. Commissioner
Rep. Thissen moved approval of the minutes of January 11, 2005.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. The minutes were approved.
The next meeting will be held at 10:15 a.m. on Thursday, January 13, 2005, in Room 10, State Office Building.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:22 a.m.
