MINUTES
Representative Fran Bradley, Chair of the Health Policy and Finance Committee, called the eighteenth meeting to order at 10:20 a.m. on Wednesday, February 23, 2005 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

Testifying in regard to reimbursement rates for nursing facilities:

Rep. Thao moved approval of the minutes of February 22, 2005.
Rep. Goodwin recommended a correction to the minutes of February 22, 2005. The Chair concurred. Rep. Thao moved approval of the minutes of February 22, 2005, as corrected.
THE MOTION PREVAILED. The minutes, as corrected, were approved.
HF337 (Nelson, P.) Chisago County nursing facilities designation as metro for purposes of determining reimbursement rates provided.
Rep. Bradley moved HF 337.
Rep. Nelson presented HF 337.
Rep. Bradley moved to amend HF 337 (see Amendment H0337DE1 attached).
THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Rep. Bradley moved to amend HF 745 (see Amendment H0745DE1 attached).
