MINUTES
Representative Fran Bradley, Chair of the Health Policy and Finance Committee, called the fiftieth meeting to order at 10:19 a.m. on Friday, March 3, 2006 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was not present.
HF3103 (Nornes) Veterans Home Board projects funding provided, bonds issued and money appropriated.
Rep. Nornes gave a brief overview of the bill.

The Chair held over HF 3103 for consideration in the Committee’s bonding prioritizations.
HF2825 (McNamara) Hastings veterans supportive housing bonds issued and money appropriated
Rep. McNamara gave a brief overview of the bill.

The Chair held over HF 2825 for consideration in the Committee’s bonding prioritizations.
The following people presented a review of the Governor's bonding proposals for the Veterans Homes Board:

The Chair held over the Governor’s additional bonding proposals for the Vets Homes Board for consideration in the Committee’s bonding prioritizations.
The next meeting of the Health Policy and Finance Committee will be held on Wednesday, March 8, 2006, at 10:15 a.m. in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:55 a.m.
