MINUTES


Representative Bob Gunther, Chair of the Jobs & Economic Opportunity Policy & Finance Committee, called the twenty-third meeting to order at 8:21 a.m., on Tuesday, March 1, 2005, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

H. F. 0079 (Davids) A bill for an act relating to appropriations; appropriating money for historic Forestville.

Chair Gunther moved HF 0079 to be before the committee and to be considered for possible inclusion in the Jobs and Economic Opportunity Policy and Finance Omnibus bill.

Representative Davids presented HF0079.

Chair Gunther moved HF 0639 to be before the committee and to be considered for possible inclusion in the Jobs and Economic Opportunity Policy and Finance Omnibus bill.

Representative Davids presented HF0639.

Representative Clark moved Amendment 1. The motion prevailed and Amendment 1 was adopted.
