Representative Steve Smith, Chair of the Public Safety Policy and Finance Committee, called the thirty-first meeting to order at 10:27 a.m. on Wednesday, March 30, 2005 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Rep. Smith moved HF928 (Soderstrom) relating to Parole board established and regulations provided, parole eligibility prescribed, board authorized to determine civil commitment status of Level III sex offenders, and money appropriated.
