MINUTES


Representative Steve Smith, Chair of the Public Safety Policy and Finance Committee, called the forty-first meeting to order at 10:24 a.m. on Friday, March 3, 2006 in Hearing Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Rep. Eastlund assumed the Chair

Rep. Smith moved HF2985 (Smith) relating to funeral and burial service disruption prohibited, and penalties imposed.

Rep. Smith moved to orally amend the A1 amendment (see attached). Amendment was incorporated.

Rep. Smith moved to amend HF2985 with the A1 amendment as amended (see attached). THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Smith presented HF2985 as amended.

Rep. Meslow moved to orally amend HF2985 as amended (see attached). THE MOTION PREVAILED.
