Representative Steve Smith, Chair of the Public Safety Policy and Finance Committee, called the forty-second meeting to order at 4:34 p.m. on Wednesday, March 8, 2006 in Hearing Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Clerk noted the roll.

Rep. Newman moved approval of the minutes of April 19, 2005, Public Safety Policy and Finance Meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Meslow moved approval of the minutes of March 2, 2006, Public Safety Policy and Finance Meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Nelson moved approval of the minutes of March 3, 2006, Public Safety Policy and Finance Meeting. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Eastlund assumed the Chair

Testimony from Department of Public Safety on local bonding proposals for Regional Training Facilities.
