Representative Steve Smith, Chair of the Public Safety Policy and Finance Committee, called the forty-fifth meeting to order at 10:18 a.m. on Wednesday, March 15, 2006 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

Rep. Newman moved HF2614 (Newman) relating to predatory offender registration requirements established for certain predatory offenders who reside on Indian reservations.
Rep. Newman moved to amend HF2614 with the A1 amendment (See attached). THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Rep. Smith laid HF2600 over as amended for possible inclusion in the Public Safety Omnibus Bill.
Rep. Johnson moved HF3485 relating to predatory offender information publication on Internet by commissioner of corrections required.
Rep. Johnson moved to amend HF3485 with the A1 amendment (see attached): THE MOTION PREVAILED.
