MINUTES


Representative Paulsen, Chair of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration called the twenty-third meeting to order at 5:03 P.M. on Friday, May 20, 2005, in Room 118 of the State Capitol.

The Clerk noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

The first matter under consideration was H.F.2063.

Rep. Paulsen moved that H.F.2063 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.

Rep. Holberg explained why H.F.2063 was before the committee.

Discussion.

Rep. Erhardt provided information regarding H.F.2063.

Rep. Paulsen renewed his motion that H.F.2063 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.

The MOTION PREVAILED; H.F.2063 WAS RECOMMENDED TO PASS AND BE PLACED ON THE GENERAL REGISTER.

Discussion.

The second matter under consideration was H.F.2097 (Holberg).

Rep. Paulsen moved that H.F.2097 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.

The MOTION PREVAILED; H.F.2097 WAS RECOMMENDED TO PASS AND BE PLACED ON THE GENERAL REGISTER.

The third matter under consideration was H.F.2255 (Holberg).

Rep. Paulsen moved that H.F.2255 be recommended to pass and be placed on the General Register.

The MOTION PREVAILED; H.F.2255 WAS RECOMMENDED TO PASS AND BE PLACED ON THE GENERAL REGISTER.

The meeting adjourned at 5:13 P.M.
