Representative David Dill, Chair, called the meeting to order at 4:17 P.M. on Monday, February 25th, 2008, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Moe moved approval of the minutes of February 18, 2008. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.

HF 1188 (Scalze) Protection of ecological value and riparian rights in issuing aquatic farm licenses provided.

Representative Moe moved that HF 1188 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Game and Fish Bill.

Representative Moe moved the A08-1128 amendment. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF 2871 (Dill) Conservation angling license provided.

Chair Dill moved that HF 2871 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Game and Fish Bill.
