A quorum not present, Chair Huntley began the ninth meeting at 1:21 p.m. on Thursday, February 1, 2007, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.
The Chair introduced Wes Kooistra, Assistant Commissioner, Chemical and Mental Health Services at the Department of Human Services.
A quorum present at 1:22, the Chair formally called the meeting to order.

Representative Fritz moved adoption of the January 30 minutes. The motion prevailed.
Mr. Kooistra began his overview of Chemical and Mental Health Services. Joining him was Don Allen, Legislative Budget Manager of CMHS. They testified and responded to questions of the committee members.
The meeting adjourned at 2:04 p.m.
