HOUSING POLICY AND FINANCE AND PUBLIC HEALTH FINANCE
MINUTES
Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the ninth meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. on Tuesday, February 13, 2007 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Clark called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m.
A quorum was present.
Representative Clark announced the establishment of a subcommittee on Environmental Justice and Healthy Housing, to be chaired by Representative Tschumper.
Representative Tschumper moved that the minutes of February 6 and February 7. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Kranz assumed the gavel at 10:05
Representative Clark moved that HF 537 be laid over by the committee for inclusion in the omnibus bill.
HF 537 (Clark) Runaway and Homeless Youth Act modified, and money appropriated.
Representative Clark presented the bill to the committee.

Commissioner Tim Marx, Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, presented the Governor's Budget Recommendations.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:31 a.m.
