Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the meeting to order at 10:11 AM on Wednesday, March 12, 2008 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Tonja Orr, Assistant Commissioner, MN Housing Finance Agency gave a presentation of the Governor's budget recommendations.
Craig Acomb, Chief Financial Officer, MN Department of Health, and Margaret Kelly, Assistant Commissioner, MN Department of Health gave a presentation on the Governor's budget recommendations.

Representative Benson moved that the minutes of March 5 and March 11 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
The meeting was adjourned at 11:52 AM.
