Representative Michael Paymar, Chair of the Public Safety Finance Division Committee, called the thirteenth meeting of the Minnesota House of Representatives Public Safety Finance Division Committee to order at 8:03 a.m. Wednesday, February 14, 2007 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Bigham moved approval of the minutes for February 6, 2007 and for the Joint House and Senate Meeting held on the evening of February 6, 2007. MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES ARE APPROVED.
Rep. Olin assumed the Chair.
HF0303 (Paymar) Youth intervention program grants provided, and money appropriated.
Rep. Paymar moved HF0303 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Public Safety Finance Division omnibus bill.
