Representative Debra Hilstrom called the meeting of the Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration to order at 12:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 5, 2010, in Room 118 of the State Capitol.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Carlson moved that the minutes of Tuesday, May 4, 2010, be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED
Representative Hilstrom moved the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Thursday, May 6, 2010. THE MOTION PREVAILED
Representative Hilstrom moved the time parameters for the Fiscal Calendar for Wednesday, May 5, 2010, be set as follows: SF 2540 - 2 hours, SF 3325 – 20 minutes, SF 1761 – 30 minutes, SF 2505 – 45 minutes, SF 3055 – 20 minutes, HF 3571 – 20 minutes, HF 3660 – 20 minutes, SF 345 – 60 minutes. THE MOTION PREVAILED
The meeting was recessed at 12:03 p.m.
Representative Loeffler reconvened the meeting at 4:05 p.m.
Representative Loeffler moved the additions to the Proposed Calendar for the Day for Thursday, May 6, 2010. THE MOTION PREVAILED
