Representative Sertich, Chair of Committee on Rules and Legislative Administration, called the meeting to order at 12:03 p.m. Monday May 4, 2009 in Room 118 Capitol.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Representative Solberg moved the minutes from the Thursday April 30, 2009 meeting be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Sertich moved the time parameters of 1 hour for HF 2123 the Omnibus Environment and Natural Resources Bill and 30 minutes for HF 1309 the Omnibus Transportation Finance Bill.
Representative Hortman moved to orally amend the time parameters motion to read 1 hour for HF 1309 the Omnibus Transportation Finance Bill. THE ORAL AMENDMENT WAS INCORPORATED.
Representative Sertich renewed the time parameters motion with the oral amendment incorporated. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was recessed at 12:06 p.m.
