Representative Paul Marquart, Chair of the Division, Called meeting to order at 1:08 PM on Wednesday, January 7, 2009 in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Committee Legislative Assistant Paul Cumings noted the roll.

A quorum was present.

Representative Marquart, Chair of the Division, welcomed the members back to the 2009 Session. He gave an overview of the agenda for the day.

Members and staff introduced themselves to the Division and guests.

Katherine Schill, Non-partisan Fiscal Analyst, gave an overview of the Tax Aids and Credits Budget for FY 2010-2011.

Representative Marquart, Chair of the Division, engaged members of the division in a discussion of goals for the Division for the 2009-2010 Session.

Representative Marquart, Chair of the Division, adjourned the meeting at 2:28 PM.
