8:54 A.M. on Wednesday, April 15, 2009, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Rep. Carlson announced that the Finance Committee will be taking amendments to HF1122, First Committee Engrossment (Juhnke) today, but then laying over HF1122, First Committee Engrossment. At the Friday, April 17th meeting, we will be amending the portion of the Military Affairs from the HF1781, State Government Finance Bill (Kahn) into HF1122, First Committee Engrossment (Juhnke) to align it with the Senate.

Rep. Carlson announced that the Finance Committee will be taking amendments to HF2229, First Committee Engrossment (Murphy) but then laying it over. The Finance Committee will divide portions of the bill and amend onto the HF1169 Economic Development, (Rukavina) HF0002, First Committee Engrossment, K-12 (Greiling), HF2123, First Committee Engrossment, Environment and Energy (Wagenius/Hilty) and HF1781, First Committee Engrossment, State Government (Kahn) bills to align with the Senate.

Rep. Murphy moved adoption of the Cultural and Outdoor Heritage Finance Division Report for HF2229, First Committee Engrossment. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE DIVISION REPORT WAS ADOPTED.
