Representative Hausman, Chair of Capital Investment Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 2:48 p.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 2009 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Department of Human Services bonding update:

Department of Corrections bonding update:

David Crist, Assistant Commissioner, Department of Corrections

Department of Public Safety bonding update:

Tim Leslie, Assistant Commissioner, MN Department of Public Safety

Department of Administration bonding update:
Nicky Giancola, Assistant Commissioner, Department of Administration
Wayne Waslaski, Director, Real Estate and Construction Services
Rep. Scalze moved approval of the minutes from the meetings of February 12 and February 17, 2009. MOTION PREVAILED

The meeting was adjourned at 4:23 p.m.
