Representative Hausman, Chair of Capital Investment Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 2:49 p.m. on Thursday, March 12, 2009 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Hausman moved that HF931 be laid over for possible incorporation in the Omnibus Capital Investment bill.

Rep. Hausman moved to amend HF931 with H0931DE1 a delete everything amendment, see attached. MOTION PREVAILED

HF796 (Morrow) Minnesota First bond sale authorized (Informational-only)

Rep. Scalze assumed the chair at 3:17 p.m.

HF827 (Hausman) State bond financed property sale proceeds distribution modified

Rep. Hausman moved that HF827 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Capital Investment bill.

Rep. Hausman moved to amend HF827 with H0827DE2, a delete everything amendment, see attached. MOTION PREVAILED
