Representative Bev Scalze, Vice Chair of the Capital Investment Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 2:48 p.m. on Tuesday, February 9, 2010 in the Room 200 of the State Office Building. The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Rep. Davids moved approval of the minutes from the meetings of March 31, 2009 and January 21, 2010. MOTION PREVAILED.

HF 2700 (Hausman) Omnibus bonding bill; capital improvement funding provided, new programs established and existing programs modified, previous appropriations canceled and modified, bonds issued, and money appropriated.

Rep. Hausman moved that HF 2700 as amended be recommended to pass and returned to the Committee on Finance.
