The Chair moved HF1078 be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register.

Rep. Hackbarch withdrew his motion.

The Chair renewed his motion that HF1078 be recommended to pass and placed on the General Register. The motion prevailed. The bill was passed.

HF461 (Welti) Farm or ranch natural gas sales exempted from surcharges for utility low-income affordability programs

Rep. Welti explained HF461, which will be heard at the next meeting.
