Chair Wagenius called the meeting to order at 8:33 A.M. on January 29, 2009 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Bob Meier, Assistant Commissioner, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources (DNR), introduced the Division of Forestry budget.
A quorum was present at 8:40.
Dave Epperly, Director, Division of Forestry, presented the Forestry budget.
Bob Meier introduced the Division of Parks budget.
Courtland Nelson, Director, Parks and Recreation, presented the Parks budget.
Representative Persell moved that the minutes of the January 27th and 28th meetings. The motion prevailed.
The committee adjourned at 10:01 A.M.
