Chair Hansen called the meeting to order at 8:32 A.M. on February 17, 2009 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

The following presented Minnesota Pollution Control Agency’s 2010-2011 budget:

Myrna Halbach, Chief Financial Officer
David Thornton, Assistant Commissioner

The committee recessed at 10:02 A.M.

The committee reconvened at 6:33 P.M.

Representative Persell moved the minutes of February 12. The motion prevailed.
