Representative Tom Rukavina, Chair of the Higher Education and Workforce Development Finance and Policy Division, called the meeting to order at 8:40 A.M. on Wednesday, March 24, 2010, in Room 500S of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Rukavina moved that HF HF 2781 be recommended to pass and be referred to the Finance Committee.

Representative Mahoney moved that HF 3389 be recommended to pass and be held over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill HF 2781.

Representative Mahoney moved to amend HF 3389 with the amendment H3389A3, attached.

Representative Mahoney discussed the amendment H3389A3.
