Vice Chair Abeler began the fifty-fifth meeting of the Health Care and Human Services Finance Division at 2:05 p.m. on Thursday, March 18, 2010, in Room 200 of the State Office Building. A quorum was not present.
HF 3236 (Huntley) Commissioners of health and human services required to provide fiscal and actuarial analysis, and money appropriated
Representative Huntley explained his bill. Representative David Bly and Senator John Doll both testified in favor of the bill.

located in Minnesota"

The motion prevailed. The oral amendments were adopted.
HF 3236, as amended, was laid over for possible inclusion in the Health Care and Human Services omnibus bill.
HF 3237 (Huntley) Health care provisions changed relating to education plan requirements, health access program, private nursing coverage, children's health insurance reauthorization act, long-term care, asset transfers, clinics, dental benefits, prior authorization, drug formulary and administrative committees, preferred drugs, multisource drugs, health plans, claims against the state, and eligibility standards.
Representative Huntley moved HF 3237 be recommended to pass and returned to the Committee on Finance and further moved adoption of the
H3237A5 amendment. The motion prevailed.
Rep. Huntley moved an oral amendment to HF 3237, the 2nd engrossment, as follows:
Page 36, line 3, before the period insert "This article is effective July 1, 2010"

Vice Chair Abeler moved an oral amendment to HF 3237 as follows:
