MINUTES


Representative Karen Clark, Chair, called the thirty-eighth meeting to order at 10:39 a.m. on Tuesday, March 9, 2010 in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.


Representative Sailer moved that HF 419 (Davnie), follow-up testing and education required if a child's blood lead level exceeds a certain amount, be returned to the Committee on Finance.

Representative Sailer moved an amendment to HF 419 (See attached amendment A10-2285). THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Representative Davnie presented HF 419 (Davnie).

Representative Sailer renewed the motion that HF 419 (Davnie), as amended, be returned to the Committee on Finance. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Representative Morgan moved that HF 2353 (Morgan), manufactured home park lot rental new administrative remedy for violations established, be laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus bill.

Representative Morgan presented HF 2353 (Morgan).

Representative Morgan renewed the motion that HF 2353 (Morgan) be laid over for possible inclusion to an omnibus bill. Hearing no objection, the bill was laid over.

Representative Benson moved that the minutes of March 3, 2010 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE ADOPTED.
