Representative Murphy, Cultural and Outdoor Resources Finance Division, called the meeting to order at 8:35 A.M. on February 24, 2010 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Terry Kuhlman, Executive Director, Public Facilities Authority, presented the Public Facilities Authority’s response to the Governor’s Supplemental Budget Recommendations.
Ilean Her, Executive Director, Council on Asian-Pacific Minnesotans, presented the Council on Asian-Pacific Minnesotans’ response to the Governor’s Supplemental Budget Recommendations.
Lester Collins, Executive Director, Council on Black Minnesotans, presented the Council on Black Minnesotans’ response to the Governor’s Supplemental Budget Recommendations.
Hector Garcia, Executive Director, Council on Chicano-Latino Affairs, presented the Council on Chicano-Latino Affairs’ response to the Governor’s Supplemental Budget Recommendations.
The meeting was adjourned at 10:00 A.M.
