MINUTES
Representative Kahn, Chair of the Division, called the meeting to order at 2:50 P.M. on February 24, 2009 in Room 5 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present.
Commissioner Ward Einess, Deputy Commissioner Dan Salomone, and Chief Financial Officer Dan Ostdiek all from the Department of Revenue, presented an overview of the Agency.
Representative Kiffmeyer moved that the minutes of February 17, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The meeting was adjourned at 4:15 P.M.
