Representative Hornstein, Chair of the Transportation and Transit Policy and Oversight Division and Senator Murphy, Chair of the Senate Transportation Committee, called the joint meeting to order at 1:07 P.M. on Wednesday, March 3, 2010 in Room 5 of the State Office Building. The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the House roll.
