CIVIL JUSTICE POLICY COMMITTEE MINUTES
Representative Kulick Jackson, Vice-Chair of the Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:33 P.M. on Monday, January 26, 2009, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Stacie Christensen, Information Policy Analysis Division, Minnesota Department of Administration
A summary of the "Minority Report and Comments" was presented by:
Twila Brase, Citizens Council on Health Care
Kristen Loncorich, Legislative Director with the Minnesota Department of Health, responded to questions and concerns from committee members
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30 P.M.
