Representative Mullery, Chair, called the meeting of the Civil Justice Committee to order at 4:35 P.M. on Monday, February 16, 2009, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.

Representative Lesch, Chair, called the meeting of the Crime Victims and Criminal Records Division to order at 4:35 P.M. on Monday, February 16, 2009, in Room 10 of the State Office Building.
