MINUTES


Representative Jim Davnie, Chair of the Division, called the third meeting to order at 10:35 A.M. on, January 23, 2009, in room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Davnie called the meeting to order at 10:35 A.M. A quorum was present.


Representative Mahoney moved adoption of the January 16, 2009 minutes.
