MINUTES


Representative Kent Eken, Chair of the Environment Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:39 PM, on March 4, 2010, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Junke moved that the minutes from March 2, 2010 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Eken invited the following people to give a presentation on the state’s role in preparing for and responding to flooding:

Chair Eken moved HF3079 be recommended to pass and be referred to the Committee on Civil Justice.
