Representative Kent Eken, Chair of the Environment Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 4:38 PM, on March 2, 2010, in Room 5 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Anderson moved that the minutes from February 25, 2010 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

Chair Eken moved HF 3061 be recommended to pass and be referred to the General Register.
