MINUTES
Representative Brita Sailer, Vice Chair of the Game, Fish and Forestry Division, called the meeting to order at 4:52 PM, on March 15, 2010, in the Basement of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

A quorum was present at 5:02 PM.
Vice Chair Sailer moved HF3612 be heard and laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Game and Fish Bill.

Youth hunting requirements modified
The following people provided testimony on HF 3612:

Rodman Smith, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources
Vice Chair Sailer renewed the motion that HF3612 be laid over for possible inclusion in the Omnibus Game and Fish Bill.
Vice Chair Sailer invited the following people to provide informational testimony on Timer wolf management:

Dan Stark, Minnesota Department of Natural Resources
Representative Hansen assumed the gavel at 5:44 PM.
Representative Murdock moved that the minutes from March 8, 2010 be approved. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
