Representative Paul Thissen, Chair of the Health Care and Human Services Policy and Oversight Committee, called the meeting to order at 3:17 P.M. on Tuesday, March 3, 2009 in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Gottwalt moved that the minutes of February 26, 2009 be adopted. THE MOTION PREVAILED.

HF419 (Davnie) Lead Poisoning Prevention Act modified

Representative Thissen moved that HF419 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Finance.

Representative Thissen moved the H0419DE1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

HF326 (Clark) Bisphenol-A prohibited in products for young children

Representative Thissen moved that HF326 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Commerce and Labor.

Representative Thissen moved the H0326DE1 amendment. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
