Representative Michael V. Nelson, Chair of the Local Government Division, called the sixth meeting to order at 4:30 P.M. on March 2, 2009, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Buesgens moved approval of HF729 before the committee to pass and be re-referred to the State & Local Government Operations Reform, Technology & Elections Committee

Vice Chair Sterner assumed the gavel
