Representative Michael V. Nelson, Chair of the Local Government Division, called the seventh meeting to order at 4:34 P.M. on March 9, 2009, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

A quorum was present

Representative Lanning moved approval of HF1201 before the committee to pass and be re-referred to the State & Local Government Operations Reform, Technology & Elections Committee
