Representative Michael V. Nelson, Chair of the Local Government Division, called the nineteenth meeting to order at 4:38 P.M. on March 15, 2010, in Room 200 of the State Office Building.

Representative Lanning moved approval of HF 2894 before the committee to pass and be re-referred to the State & Local Government Operations Reform, Technology & Elections Committee
