MINUTES
Representative Hamilton, Chair of the Agriculture & Rural Development Policy & Finance Committee, called the meeting to order at 10:21 a.m. on March 22, 2011, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Paul Morrow moved to approve the minutes of March 16, 2011. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
At 10:24 a.m., Representative Paul Anderson assumed the gavel.
Representative Rod Hamilton moved HF 860 pass and be re-referred to Taxes.

Representative Hamilton renewed his motion that HF 860 pass and be re-referred to Taxes. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
Representative Hamilton moved HF 1039 before the committee for discussion.
Representative Hamilton moved the
HF1039 DE1 amendment to pass. THE MOTION PREVAILED. THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
