Representative Howes, Chair of the Capital Investment Committee, called the meeting to order at 2:37 PM on March 13, 2012, in Room10 of the State Office Building.
The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Lanning moved to approve the minutes from March 6, 2012. THE MOTION PREVAILED.
The committee heard testimony on the Perpich Center for the Arts, Minnesota Pollution Control Agency and Minnesota Department of Human Services
