MINUTES

A quorum was present and Representative Erickson, Chair of the Education Reform Committee, called the meeting to order at 8:16 AM on March 8, 2012, in the Basement Hearing Room of the State Office Building.

The Committee Legislative Assistant noted the roll.

Representative Myhra moved that the minutes from the committee meeting on March 6, 2012, be approved.
THE MOTION PREVAILED AND THE MINUTES WERE APPROVED.

Chair Erickson moved HF2293UE1 be recommended to pass and referred to the General Register.

Chair Erickson moved to amend HF2293UE1 with the H2293A6 amendment.

Chair Erickson renewed her motion on the H2293A6 amendment to HF2293UE1
THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Chair Erickson renewed her motion that HF2293UE1, be recommended to pass, as amended, and re-referred to the General Register.

Chair Erickson moved HF2621 be recommended to pass and referred to the Committee on Government Operations and Elections.

Chair Erickson moved to amend HF2621 with the H2621DE3 amendment.

Chair Erickson renewed her motion on the H2621DE3 amendment to HF2621
THE MOTION PREVAILED, THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
